Ooops

Oops I just realized I prettymuch posted the same blog twice....oh well. It's worth mentioning twice.

But another thing I want to say is that I love this time of year. My favorite part is sleeping with my window open. Ahh it feels sooo good. And to hear all the crickets chirping....highly recommended. And guess what? I went mountain biking for the first time ever this week. Wow talk about a workout. Geesh I was prettymuch dead after 15 minutes lol. It was fun though, we went up South Fork and the leaves are changing colors and it was soooooo oooo pretty! Who would have thought the leaves are changing already! Too bad I didn't have my camera. Otherwise, you would definitely see pics!

Goin' To the Temple

Hey all!

So Ashley went through the temple on Thursday! yaaay! That is the BEST! It reminded me of when I went through and how confused I was! haha! And yet I know that as she keeps going she will game so many little gems of understanding, it will be great! It is so good to see friends there! It just made the wedding all the more real! I am so excited to see them sealed on Thursday in the Draper temple. What a blessing! And this is only the second time I have been able to see two people that I have known so well get married. Well, really, the first time I saw two people I know so well AND witnessed their entire dating experience....and my what an experience it was. lol.

Can I just say that engaged people...are.....well I am just looking forward to when they have been married for awhile and are back to normal. lol. Yeah. thats all I have to say about that.

Yesterday Ashley went through the temple to receive her Endowment. What a great thing to witness! Its so strange and yet refreshing to know someone so long and then to see them go through the temple, to be a new person, to see things now the way that you see things. It's like, finally, she and I can relate on something that before I couldn't talk to her about. She has been preparing all her life, its so great to see her make it there, and with her fiance (who didn't think he would be able to make it..that is another story, ....school threw all these tests at him on that day, and work was crazy! man the adversary sure works on us when we need to do important things!)

What else is goin in...hmm....just working, thats about my life. The directory finally got turned in! YES! So now I can focus on FHE stuff. Blake and I set up the groups, and thankfully I had several girls tell me who they liked in the ward so I MAY have finagled the groups a little bit.....ahem....

Roomate Scandalousness

Haha so me and my roommates got this brilliant idea to use a fan for our apartment pictures! Only trouble is, we are worried that they turned out a little too scandalous for the directory.....so I would appreciate your vote on whether or not this is too much:

If we chose any it will be the one in the middle. LOL. I think they are too scandalous, so does Kleresa, but the other two are prettymuch refusing to take another picture because they think it is funny and we should use it.....but. like I said, we have the RS President, the FHE Coordinator, the Enrichment Leader, and the RS Secretary--......not exactly the best models for the new ward......
